The villa was completed in 2014. It is located in the Plai Laem area, in a very popular housing estate, 5-minutes away from Choeng Mon Beach and Big Buddha, and less than 10 minutes from the international airport, Fisherman Village and the center of Chaweng.
In front of the house, there is a parking space for 2 cars. Outside, to the left of the front door, there is a laundry room with washing machine and many shelves.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is spacious with large glass areas, a king size bed, a study corner and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share the second bathroom.
The management team is very efficient, especially the manager. They are always present when needed, comparable to the level of service you would expect in a luxury residence.
