The six room Schoolhouse building on the beach has five large guest rooms, each distinctively decorated to reflect a different era, from antique furniture from the 1850’s, to Thai teak furniture from the 1950’s, Scandanavian furniture from the 1950s and 1960s to European styles from the 1970s and 80s. There is also a large room that is perfect for meetings or an artist studio that could easily be converted to an extra guest room.
Built in a simple yet elegant Thai style is the Bamboo House on stilts which has a double bed and a separate toilet with a covered wooden balcony to enjoy the pond side view.
The Orange House is a concrete structure with two bedrooms and garden view. The House by the Restaurant is spread over two floors with one bedroom and a bedroom private rooftop, providing an ideal place to enjoy the sunsets.
The large, wooden floored and open restaurant is comfortable and fully functional to provide meals and drinks to guests of the resort and visitors to the beach. The restaurant is equipped with all the appliances necessary to care for large groups and is included in the sale.
There is also a living room building for a guesthouse and a separate office building as well as an outdoor pool and a picnic area. The grounds are well maintained, fringed with trop[ical growth and there are hundreds of trees.
The resort, restaurant, all the buildings and 12 rai of land is all owned by a Thai company which can easily be transferred freehold to the new lucky owner.
